• Conduct or support structural calculations and load analysis.
• Identify civil risks and propose mitigation measures early in the project lifecycle.
• Quantity Take-Off & Cost Estimation.
• Prepare BOQ, material take-offs, and cost estimates for civil and structural scope.

• o Civil installation labor.
• o Temporary works and site preparation.
• Support EPC pricing, PPA projects, and tender submissions with accurate civil cost data.
• Identify value engineering opportunities to reduce cost without compromising safety.

• Support continuous improvement of engineering and estimation workflows.
• Mentor junior engineers and support technical alignment within the team.

• or related engineering disciplines.
• Experience.
• o Civil and structural design.
• o Quantity take-off and cost estimation.
• o EPC or construction projects.
• Experience in solar PV projects is highly preferred.
• Experience in industrial or commercial building projects is an advantage.
• Associate engineer licence.
