• Maintain guest rooms, public areas, kitchens, and equipment to ensure safety & functionality.
• Develop & follow preventive maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Help plan and manage departmental budgets and control costs.
• Ensure health and safety codes are met and all systems are operational.
• Oversee external contractors and help negotiate engineer related contracts.
• Fluent in Thai & good in English.
• Direct experience in engineering.
• Ability to handle high responsibilities.
