• Join our dynamic Marketing team and gain hands-on experience in building impactful partnerships that shape the future of travel in Thailand and beyond. This internship is ideal for someone who s excited about marketing, partnerships, and turning ideas into execution.
• Get firsthand experience supporting strategic partnerships with leading brands in travel, banking, telco, lifestyle, and tourism.
• Assist in developing and executing integrated co-marketing campaigns from planning, negotiation, to go-live.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Campaign, Regional) to ensure smooth and timely execution of local and cross-border campaigns.
• Manage operational tasks such as setting up campaigns, tracking codes, preparing creative briefs, and handling documentation and payments.
• Work closely with the Affiliate team to onboard and support affiliate partners, helping them grow performance through marketing solutions.
• Monitor campaign performance, summarize insights, and provide recommendations to improve future initiatives.
• Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to find practical solutions.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, partner calls, and internal project meetings to gain a deeper understanding of how high-impact partnerships are built.
• Be involved in real projects that go live your contributions will be visible and meaningful.
• Exposure to real-world marketing and partnership operations at a regional tech company.
• Understanding of how brands collaborate to create win-win campaigns.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Development of both soft skills (communication, problem-solving) and hard skills (project coordination, campaign execution).
• Available to commit full-time for a 4-6 month internship.
• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Tourism Management, Economics, or other related fields.
• Passionate about sales, marketing, and the travel industry, especially in partner-facing roles.
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities, with clear and effective communication skills.
• Detail-oriented while staying focused on big-picture outcomes.
• Comfortable working with data able to analyze, interpret, and report insights.
• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, both internally and externally.
• Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
• Proactive, hands-on, and strategic mindset plus, a love for travel is always a bonus.
