About Us:
BKK French Touch is an event planning company specializing in private and corporate events, including bachelor and hen parties, team-building activities, boat rentals, and children’s birthday parties. We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales & Party Planner to manage and coordinate events, build partnerships, and provide exceptional customer service.

Working Hours:

• Friday to Wednesday, 11:00 - 19:00
• Every other Sundays can be worked from home
• Day off on Thursday

Responsibilities:

• Respond to client inquiries via email and WhatsApp
• Follow up with clients promptly and professionally
• Assist in developing partnerships with local vendors
• Coordinate events and ensure smooth execution, including hosting and animating events
• Oversee day-to-day event administration and customer service
• Update client databases and manage communication

Requirements:

• Proficient in both English and Thai, must be a Thai National
• Strong organizational and customer service skills and experience
• Strong accountability and caring for client
• Comfortable coordinating bookings with adult entertainment performers
• Flexible and organized (need to respond to WhatsApp messages outside of office hours)
• Able to ride a scooter is a plus
