• Manages professional and support level employees within Sales. Handles non-routine and difficult inquiries, creates value propositions. Involved in contract negotiations for major clients.

• Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field required. Master s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of working experience in Sales, Sales Engineer, Marketing, Sales Coordinator in Automotive industry or any related job functions.
• Proficient in verbal and written English (to communicate with) overseas customer and offices coordination. Japanese communication skill is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of technology products and services.
• Good analytical and ability to perform under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP systems is a plus.
• Have own car and driving license with occasionally visit customers in each month.
