• รับโจทย์งาน (Brief) จากทีมขายหรือจากลูกค้า พร้อมเข้าสำรวจพื้นที่จริงเพื่อเก็บข้อมูลสำหรับการออกแบบ.
• ออกแบบงานตกแต่งภายใน ตั้งแต่ Concept Design, Schematic Design ไปจนถึงแบบก่อสร้าง (Construction Drawing).
• จัดทำแบบนำเสนอ (Presentation) เพื่อสนับสนุนการขายและนำเสนอต่อลูกค้า.
• พัฒนาแบบ พร้อมกำหนดวัสดุ (Material Specification) รายการสินค้า ปริมาณงาน (BOQ) และรายละเอียดการก่อสร้าง.
• จัดทำ Shop Drawing และอธิบายแบบให้กับทีมงาน ผู้รับเหมา และผู้เกี่ยวข้อง.
• ประสานงานกับทีมขาย ทีมโครงการ ผู้รับเหมา และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้งานดำเนินไปตามแผน.
• เข้าตรวจสอบหน้างาน ติดตามความคืบหน้าการก่อสร้าง และควบคุมให้การติดตั้งเป็นไปตามแบบและมาตรฐานที่กำหนด.
• ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในที่เกี่ยวกับรายละเอียดสินค้า.

• ประสานงานกับทีม Product Engineering เพื่อส่งมอบแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ที่พร้อมสำหรับการผลิต.
• ร่วมจัดทำ New Material List และดำเนินการ First Sample Approval.
• ทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายวิศวกรรมและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในการพัฒนาสินค้าใหม่.
• ประสานงานกับฝ่ายขายหรือผู้เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อเก็บรวบรวมความต้องการของลูกค้าและนำมาพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์.
