• 5+ years dedicated professional experience with policy advocacy.
• Good understanding of public policy and regulatory issues relevant to large technology, infrastructure, or data-driven businesses (e.g., data privacy, energy policy, land use, cybersecurity), with the ability to translate policy developments into project implications.
• Excellent Thai and English fluency, both written and spoken as this person would need to work with internal & external stakeholders and conduct research for policy developments in both languages.
• Strong research, analysis, and writing skills, with the ability to synthesize complex regulatory or policy information into clear briefings, dashboards, and executive-ready materials.
• Deep experience working across multiple functions, influencing, and collaborating with others to successfully implement programs and initiatives; history of successful cross-functional team and leadership collaboration.
• Preferred QualificationsWorking knowledge of data centre operations and infrastructure, or strong experience in adjacent infrastructure sectors (e.g., energy, telecoms, industrial projects), with the ability to learn technical concepts quickly.
• Outstanding judgment, persuasive and advocacy skills, creativity, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and often uncertain environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple workstreams, documentation requirements, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills: the individual will need to work with other departments including, but not limited to policy/legal/communications staff to assess needs, alignment and path for collaboration.
