What would I do as a Social Media Content Creator?

Be the main contact point with the clients you work with

Onboard your clients and make sure they have a great experience working with us

Research and understand your client's products or services and branding, as well as their audiences

Come up with Social Media content pillars that would help your clients achieve their goals

Present your ideas internally and to your clients and improve your ideas based on the feedback

Create a shared content calendar for your clients to keep track of contents

Lead the content execution process, such as planning and managing outsource production

Shoot both onsite and offsite, joining your clients' events to make content

Edit content and provide a clear brief to a video editor and graphic designer if needed

Schedule and post content with your written captions on Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms

Engage with and help build our clients' communities on Social Media

Find and collaborate with influencers

Align with our growth marketing analysts to make sure you target the right audience with effective messaging

Create performance reports and give insightful next steps to clients

Is proficient in Thai and has a good command of English (written and spoken)

Do I need previous digital marketing experience?

Previous professional digital marketing experience, and more specifically social media experience, is required. We will strongly prefer candidates who have at least 1 year of working experience in the field. However, more important than experience is the work you have done in the past on Social Media, which we will closely review as part of the application process.

What would be my career path?

The most likely career path for you would be to become a Senior in the Social Media team within a year. Successful promotion requires demonstrating ambition to grow professionally, a noticeable improvement in technical (hard) and people (soft) skills as well as the desire to lead other team members.

Competitive compensation: 20,000 - 30,000 THB gross monthly salary

Salary increment of 7% - 10% every 6 months when your performance is outstanding

Incentive when you are working with 5 clients
