• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), STLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Excel, or other BA-related tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in Thai with good command of English communication.

• Key Accountabilities.
• Exploration System: advise on the overall working system for petroleum exploration by using 3 modules
• 1) Exploration Key requirement
• 2) Working Organization (Expert, Explorationist & Executor)
• 3) Working philosophy to inspire and motivate subsurface staff working in exploration arena.
• 2) Exploration Plan: advise on strategy & way to pave the exploration planning being aligned with company's direction.
• 3) ADP program management: To advise on ADP program to improve on exploration aspect and support to instruct in exploration part of the course.
