• ดูแลการถ่ายทำหน้างาน บริหารจัดการให้เป็นไปตามตารางเวลาและแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าเพื่อให้งานดำเนินต่อได้
• ประสานงาน ติดต่อวิทยากร แขกรับเชิญ ทีมงานภายใน และหน่วยงานภายนอก เพื่อให้การทำงานสอดคล้องกัน
• วางแผนและจัดเตรียมการเดินทางทั้งในและต่างประเทศที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการถ่ายทำ
• จัดการเอกสาร จัดทำเอกสารประกอบการผลิตทั้งหมดให้ถูกต้องและเป็นระเบียบ
• ควบคุมงบประมาณ ติดตามค่าใช้จ่าย ตรวจสอบและเคลียร์งบประมาณให้ถูกต้องตามระเบียบการเงิน.
• ปริญญาตรี ไม่จำกัดสาขาวิชา
• อายุ 25 - 30 ปี
• มีประสบการณ์ในสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง 1-3 ปี โดยมีความเข้าใจพื้นฐานในกระบวนการผลิตสื่อวิดีโอและรายการเสียง
• มีความรู้ความสนใจและติดตามข้อมูลข่าวสารด้านธุรกิจและเศรษฐกิจ
• หากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับดีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีความสามารถในการบริหารจัดการตารางเวลา เอกสารสำคัญ และงบประมาณอย่างเป็นระบบ
• มีทักษะในการประสานงานและการบริหารจัดการหน้างานให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย
• มีความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าภายใต้ความกดดันได้ดี
• มีความละเอียดรอบคอบสูงและสามารถบริหารจัดการหลายภารกิจพร้อมกันได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
• มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี ใจเย็น และมีความยืดหยุ่นในการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่น
