• ให้การสนับสนุนทางเทคนิคแก่ลูกค้าและทีมงานภายใน.
• แก้ไขปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบ POS และการซ่อมอุปกรณ์.
• ประสานงานกับแผนกอื่นๆ เพื่อให้ลูกค้าพึงพอใจ.
• จัดทำบันทึกคำขอรับบริการและแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาอย่างละเอียด.
• วุฒิการศึกษาระดับอนุปริญญาหรือปริญญาตรี สาขาไอที หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
• มีทักษะการแก้ปัญหา การจัดการ และการทำงานหลายอย่างพร้อมกันได้ดี.
• มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบ POS หรือเทคโนโลยีไอทีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ.
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) ได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว.
• มีทักษะการสื่อสารและมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ที่ดี.
• มีรถจักรยานยนต์และใบขับขี่.
• ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่.
