Assistant Chief Engineer - Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort

- Perform regular inspections of the property's mechanical systems and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with the Director of Engineering on long-term projects, such as renovation and upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with all local safety and environmental regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Managements, or a related field (Preferred).
- Proven experience of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Fluency in Thai and English is required.
- 2 years at a similar position
