• วางแผนและบริหารจัดการโครงการพัฒนาอสังหาริมทรัพย์ อาคารสำนักงาน และที่ดินในภูมิภาค ให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย ระยะเวลา และงบประมาณ.
• ควบคุม ตรวจสอบ และประเมินประสิทธิภาพของระบบวิศวกรรมอาคาร ได้แก่ ระบบไฟฟ้า ระบบปรับอากาศ ระบบสื่อสาร และระบบความปลอดภัย ให้ได้มาตรฐานและปลอดภัย.
• จัดทำแผนงานบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) และแผนการตรวจสอบระบบงานวิศวกรรมในอาคารสำนักงานภูมิภาค.
• ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในและผู้รับเหมา/ที่ปรึกษาภายนอก เพื่อบริหารโครงการให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด.
• ให้คำปรึกษาและแก้ไขปัญหาด้านวิศวกรรมระบบอาคารให้กับทีมงานในพื้นที่ภูมิภาค.
• สนับสนุนการวางแผนและดำเนินงานโครงการพิเศษที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บริหาร.
• วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า สาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล ไฟฟ้า หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
• มีใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพวิศวกรรมควบคุม (กว.) ระดับภาคีขึ้นไป.
• ประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านวิศวกรรมอาคารและบริหารโครงการอย่างน้อย 7-10 ปี.
• มีทักษะการบริหารทีม การวางแผนงานโครงการ และการควบคุมงบประมาณ.
• มีความรู้ด้านมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยและการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันของระบบวิศวกรรม.
