- Deliver clear, audience-appropriate technical updates and project progress reports. Ensure transparency and proactive issue resolution across all stakeholders.
- Manage, coach, and develop the local PD team, fostering a high-performance culture. Support individual growth through mentoring, feedback, and development planning to build technical and leadership capabilities within the team.
- Guide and influence internal teams and external partners, including vendors, and research collaborators, to achieve project objectives.
- Drive innovation and lead improvement initiatives across the product portfolio, contributing to strategic growth and competitiveness.
- EDUCATION.
- Bachelor of Science in Food, Agro Industry, or related fields.
- EXPERIENCE.
- At least 5-7 years experience in R&D Product Development of food products for worldwide market.
- Experience in multi-national company is an advantage.
- Experience of product development in food manufacturers and new product formulation experience.
