Key roles:

Business development and execution of end-to-end recruitment process to involve job requirements, sourcing, interviewing and presenting potential candidates to comply with clients needs. Identify new business opportunities and maintain good relationships with clients. Technical expertise and hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques. Perform searches and direct approaches for qualified candidates. Utilize recruitment channels with professional networks and media tools or social platforms. Manage and track talent pool on ATS.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in IT, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. 3-5 years experience as an IT Recruiter in Digital Technology or Agency is a plus. Result-driven and good communication & interpersonal skills. Good command of English and computer literacy.
