• Maintain the company's IT systems, including websites, CCTV systems, LED displays, access control systems, and access permissions for employees and executives.
• Manage user accounts, system access, software licenses, data backup, antivirus, and IT security in accordance with company policies.
• Coordinate with external vendors and support IT procurement activities, including obtaining quotations, comparing vendors, purchasing equipment, and following up on service delivery.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, oversee equipment allocation and returns, and ensure proper asset management.
• Prepare IT reports, maintain documentation, and develop or improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other technical documents.
• Support IT projects and perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
• What we're looking for.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, System Administration, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, computer hardware, software installation, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting routers, switches, Wi-Fi, printers, CCTV systems, and other IT infrastructure.
• Good understanding of user access management, system backup, antivirus, patch management, and software license administration.
• Experience with cloud services, Google Workspace, or website administration will be an advantage.
• Able to communicate in English and read technical documentation, as well as write basic emails and reports in English.
