About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Officer to join PULSE SILOM CO., LTD. in Bangkok. This is a full-time position based in Bangrak, Bangkok.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the company's IT infrastructure, including computer systems, networks, software, IT equipment, and related technologies. You will provide technical support to users across all branches, troubleshoot IT issues, coordinate with external vendors, and continuously improve IT processes to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

Key responsibilities

Provide technical support for hardware, software, network infrastructure, and IT equipment, assisting users both remotely and on-site.

Install, configure, and maintain computers, office phones, printers, Microsoft 365, user accounts, internet services, and network devices to ensure all equipment is fully operational.

Maintain the company's IT systems, including websites, CCTV systems, LED displays, access control systems, and access permissions for employees and executives.

Manage user accounts, system access, software licenses, data backup, antivirus, and IT security in accordance with company policies.

Coordinate with external vendors and support IT procurement activities, including obtaining quotations, comparing vendors, purchasing equipment, and following up on service delivery.

Maintain IT asset inventory, oversee equipment allocation and returns, and ensure proper asset management.

Prepare IT reports, maintain documentation, and develop or improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other technical documents.

Support IT projects and perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

At least 2–3 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, System Administration, or a related role.

Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, computer hardware, software installation, and basic network troubleshooting.

Experience supporting routers, switches, Wi-Fi, printers, CCTV systems, and other IT infrastructure.

Good understanding of user access management, system backup, antivirus, patch management, and software license administration.

Experience with cloud services, Google Workspace, or website administration will be an advantage.

Able to communicate in English and read technical documentation, as well as write basic emails and reports in English.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
