- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar strategic HR role.
- Strong experience in partnering with business leaders to drive people strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Proven track record in workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and organizational design.
- Experience in performance management, employee engagement, change management, and leadership development initiatives.
- Solid knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, market benchmarking, and HR best practices.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, HR policies, and employee relations practices.
- Experience managing end-to-end HR programs and delivering HR operational excellence across multiple functions or business units.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to support business decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong project management and problem-solving capabilities.
