• We are looking for an IT Support Officer to join PULSE SILOM CO., LTD. in Bangkok. This is a full-time position based in Bangrak, Bangkok.
• In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the company's IT infrastructure, including computer systems, networks, software, IT equipment, and related technologies. You will provide technical support to users across all branches, troubleshoot IT issues, coordinate with external vendors, and continuously improve IT processes to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, network infrastructure, and IT equipment, assisting users both remotely and on-site.
