• กำกับดูแลการให้บริการและการพัฒนาระบบ SAP ในภาพรวม พร้อมประสานงานกับ Gosoft และผู้เกี่ยวข้อง ติดตามผลการให้บริการตาม Service Level Agreement (SLA) วิเคราะห์ปัญหา และสนับสนุนการแก้ไขปัญหาร่วมกับทีม SAP เพื่อให้ระบบมีเสถียรภาพและสามารถรองรับการดำเนินธุรกิจได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง.
• บริหารจัดการโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ (IT Infrastructure) รวมถึง Cloud Platform, Web Server และระบบ Cyber Security ให้มีความพร้อมใช้งาน มีความมั่นคงปลอดภัย และเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานขององค์กร.
• บริหารโครงการด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ พร้อมติดตามความก้าวหน้า ประเมินความเสี่ยง และประสานงานกับทีมงาน ผู้ใช้งาน และผู้ให้บริการภายนอก เพื่อให้โครงการสำเร็จตามแผนงาน งบประมาณ และคุณภาพที่กำหนด.

• ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า สาขาวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Software Development หรือ Application Development ไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปี และมีประสบการณ์บริหารทีมพัฒนาโปรแกรม.
• มีความรู้และความเข้าใจใน Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) ตั้งแต่การวิเคราะห์ ออกแบบ พัฒนา ทดสอบ และส่งมอบระบบ.
• มีความรู้ด้าน Software Architecture, System Design และ System Integration พร้อมสามารถกำหนดมาตรฐานการพัฒนาระบบและ Coding Standard ได้.
• มีประสบการณ์บริหารทีม Full Stack Developer หรือทีมพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์ รวมถึงสามารถให้คำแนะนำและพัฒนาศักยภาพของทีมได้.
• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Project Management และสามารถบริหารโครงการด้วยแนวทาง Waterfall และ/หรือ Agile.
• มีความรู้หรือประสบการณ์ด้าน SAP ในระดับ Functional, Application Support หรือ Service Management จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ.
• มีความเข้าใจภาษาโปรแกรมและ Framework ที่หลากหลาย เช่น Java, JavaScript, PHP, Flutter, SQL, JasperReports หรือเทคโนโลยีที่เกี่ยวข้อง พร้อมสามารถเลือกใช้เทคโนโลยีที่เหมาะสมกับลักษณะงาน (Technology Agnostic).
• มีความรู้และสามารถประยุกต์ใช้ Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, AI APIs, Low-code/No-code Platform และเครื่องมือ AI-Assisted Development เช่น GitHub Copilot หรือ Cursor เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์.
