• Organise and host school visits, tours, admissions meetings, assessments, interviews, and taster experiences.
• Gather feedback from prospective families and use insights and admissions data to identify opportunities to enhance the admissions journey. Work closely with the Operations and wider school teams to continually improve systems, processes, and the overall prospective family experience.

• Prepare, analyse, and present regular admissions reports, dashboards, and enrolment forecasts to the School Manager, Head Master, Governors, and Senior Leadership Team, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Use data and market insights to identify trends, risks and opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
