• Job QualificationsBachelor s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in application support, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior capacity.
• Hands-on experience in database inquiry (SQL) and reporting generation would be an advantage.
• Experience or familiarity with AI concepts and their application in support systems would be a strong advantage.
• Flexible, creative, and up-to-date in the Technology movement to create business solutions.
• Able to multitask and prioritize workload, supporting multiple projects.
• Good command in English (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).

• EDUCATION.
• Bachelor s degree in computer engineering or computer science field; certifications in IT infrastructure (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, VMware) and SRE/Chaos Engineering are advantageous.
• EXPERIENCE.
• At least 5 years' experience in designing, implementing, and managing IT infrastructure solutions, including networks, servers, storage, and cloud technologies, with a focus on SRE and Chaos Engineering.
• Strong technical knowledge of network protocols, server operating systems, virtualization, storage technologies, and Chaos Engineering practices.
• Proficiency in security best practices, compliance requirements for IT infrastructure, SRE principles, and Chaos Engineering methodologies.
• OTHER REQUIREMENTS.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure issues while incorporating Chaos Engineering for resilience testing.
