• Experience in conducting laboratory experiments, analyzing results, and translating findings into commercially viable products.
• Familiarity with product regulatory requirements, quality standards, and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and recommend practical solutions.
• Strong project management and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, data management, and technical documentation.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
