• ประสานงานภายในกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึงติดตามผลและปรับปรุงการให้บริการกับลูกค้า.
• Qualification จบการศึกษาปริญญาตรี หรือสูงกว่า ในสาขาการเงิน การธนาคาร, บัญชี, เศรษฐศาสตร์, การตลาดและอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
• มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์หรือบริการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการลงทุน อาทิ เงินฝาก กองทุน ประกัน เป็นต้น.
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการให้คำแนะนำการลงทุนมาไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี.
• มีใบอนุญาตเป็นผู้แนะนำการลงทุน เช่น IC License Complex 1 หรือ Complex 2 หรือ IP License เป็นต้น.
• มีความสามารถในการใช้งานระบบ CRM หรือแพลตฟอร์มดิจิทัลที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
