- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in export management, with a focus on listing Thai products in international markets.
- Proven track record of successfully establishing and maintaining relationships with major retailers.
- In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to drive mutually beneficial agreements with retail partners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative export strategies to drive business growth.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications, including MS Office and export management systems.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Thai, or Mandarin is a plus.
