About the role

Alucon Public Company Limited is seeking a motivated and experienced export Sales Chief to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales efforts and customer relationships within the company's operations in Samut Prakan, reporting to the Sales Manager.

Key responsibilities

Assisting the Sales Manager in developing and implementing effective sales strategies

• Maintain customer relationships, respond to inquiries, and provide support to customers

• Discuss and negotiate terms, agreements, and project details with customers

• Prepare and present projects, products, or services to clients

• Generate new sales leads and opportunities through prospecting and networking

• Prepare sales proposals, quotations and other customer-facing documents

• Provide support to the sales team, including training and mentoring junior sales staff

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business possibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure seamless customer service

About you

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in export sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing or Sales

• Good English communication

• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent presentation skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software

• Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
