• Think big and then execute at a granular level!.
• Learn the intricacies of the completions and drilling data life-cycles and become a subject matter expert in these areas.
• Own & manage all product life-cycles on our products and services from product roadmaps, product processes, create and write user stories, design user journeys, manage acceptance criteria, etc.
• Work with our stakeholder and other team members to take a vision and break it down into user stories and create mockups/wireframes of new features (the basic design experience helpful, but not required).
• Actively manage, prioritize and balance your product roadmap, customers support needs, stakeholder feature requests, time to market, and product backlog.
• Work closely with our partner, business team, engineers, customer experience team, and operation team to capture feedback, identify new requirements and translate requirements into deliverable solutions.
• Minimum 5 years in a Product Manager / Business Analyst role in the banking platform, or consultant field.
• Experience in Lending & Unsecured Loan (Retail Loan, Credit Card) is required.
• An experience in a startup company or Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Demonstrates an aptitude for learning complex technical concepts and can simplify & articulate ideas, with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Interested in learning new technologies and working towards integrating legacy industry data systems with an innovative solution with an incredible user journey.
• Able to inspire, motivate and support a team to get things done.
• Familiarity with Jira or other product management tools is a plus.
