Key Responsibilities

• Monitor transactions for improper trading and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant laws.
• Update and revise SOPs to reflect current guidelines and market conditions.
• Prepare detailed reports on investigated transactions for submission to the SEC, Board, or relevant committees.
• Conduct market surveillance to identify and report on insider trading or market manipulation.
• Maintain and optimize market surveillance tools and operational analytics.
• Identify and escalate concerns to stakeholders, reporting abnormal activity to senior management.
• Be available to address critical issues outside regular working hours as needed.
• Perform other tasks as required by the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with financial markets, trading behavior, or digital assets is a plus.
• New graduates are welcome.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

• Basic understanding of data tools such as Excel or SQL (training will be provided if needed).

• Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
• Ability to manage time effectively, follow instructions, and meet deadlines.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
