- Study and analyze feedstock type, suppliers, term & conditions, and pricing to manage feedstock cost.
- Control and operate the Contract for purchasing domestic feedstock.
- Manage price database & demand-supply of feedstock and related such as Naphtha, LPG and Crude. Study and analyze the information to forecast feedstock's market situation for sourcing plan.
- Analyze risk assessments for volatility of feedstock sourcing.
- Provide information on Naphtha, LPG's prices and coordinate with S&BP for purchase derivatives to the Committee of Commodities Hedging, prepare a quarterly report to the Bank of Thailand.
