- Be the main PIC of the campaign base project from the creative team.
- Be the main person who communicates with internal and external stakeholders.
- Understand marketing campaigns and be able to lead and connect the creative team when syncing with the external stakeholders.
- Understand the scope of work of each campaign/project and be able to manage stakeholders' expectations. (Base on timeline, budget, scope of work).
- Be able to negotiate, or help the team negotiate, the cost with external parties by understanding the budget details. (External parties including agency, production house, freelancers).
- Work closely with the creative lead and creative traffic regarding the creative brief, which are reading through the assigned project, understanding the requirement, Raising the concern/cascade to the team/monitoring until projects deliver.
- Manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Coordinate and negotiate other related matters with stakeholders.
- Improving creative workflow to be more efficient with the creative lead.
- Listen to the team's problem and manage win-win solutions for each stakeholder.
- Be able to work under pressure.
- The Must-Haves.
- Bachelor's degree in Communication Art, Marketing, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in project management or related fields and industries.
- Time flexibility and being very active are a must.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills with a good command of both spoken & written English.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong negotiation & communication skills.
- Budget management skills.
- Very flexible person who can manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver the result.
- Having a background in production or an understanding of how production works are required..

- Understanding how Illustration / Premier Pro / Photoshop works (be able to do it).
- A detail-oriented person.
- Having a personal connection with agencies and production houses..
