• What You Bring
• Experience & Background Bachelor s degree (or higher) in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in planning, inventory, or supply chain management.
• Strong exposure to manufacturing environments.
• Technical Expertise Deep knowledge of: Forecasting & demand planning.
• MRP and inventory optimization.
• Warehouse operations & layout design.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (D365 / SAP).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Leadership & Soft Skills Strong leadership with the ability to influence and develop teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• High level of organization, decision-making, and resilience.
