• คุณสมบัติThe ideal candidate will have experience in a customer service setting, hotel/resort reservationist, front desk agent, or equivalent work experience.
• Native in Thai (Verbal/Written) and proficiency in English Verbal/Written is necessary.
• Effective in following and achieving department sales goals.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required.
• Excellent communication skills, pleasant phone manner, excellent time-management skills, and the ability to multi-task several systems at once.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly responsible & reliable.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.

• Promote and sell real estate projects (condominiums, houses, investment properties) to Chinese-speaking clients.
• Manage relationships with international sales agents and Chinese partners.
• Handle inbound and outbound leads, including online platforms and agent referrals.
• Conduct property presentations, virtual tours, and site visits.
• Support clients throughout the buying process, including reservation, contract, and transfer.
• Coordinate with developers, legal, and transfer teams to ensure smooth transactions.
• Translate and communicate project details in Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor projects in target markets.
• Prepare sales reports, pipeline tracking, and performance forecasts.
• Qualifications:Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (Thai is an advantage).
• Experience in real estate sales, property agency, or international sales is preferred.
• Strong understanding of property market and foreign buyer behavior.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
