- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลยอดขายและ KPI ของร้าน เพื่อค้นหาโอกาสในการเพิ่มยอดขาย ลดต้นทุน และปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงาน.
- บริหารทีมช่างตัดผมและพนักงานหน้าร้าน วางแผนอัตรากำลัง ตารางการทำงาน เป้าหมายรายบุคคล และติดตาม Performance ของทีม.
- สร้างระบบ Incentive และกระตุ้นทีมขาย ให้พนักงานมีเป้าหมายร่วมกันและสามารถสร้างยอดขายได้ตาม Target.
- ควบคุมมาตรฐานการให้บริการและประสบการณ์ลูกค้า ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน พร้อมติดตามและแก้ไขปัญหาข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้า.
- บริหาร Stock และวัสดุอุปกรณ์ภายในร้าน ควบคุมการใช้สินค้า ลดของสูญเสีย และวางแผนการสั่งซื้อให้เหมาะสมกับยอดขาย.
- วิเคราะห์ศักยภาพของสาขาและทำเล เช่น Traffic, Customer Profile, Sales per Day และ Sales per Staff เพื่อหาแนวทางเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพของแต่ละสาขา.
- จัดทำ Sales & Business Performance Report พร้อมนำเสนอผลการดำเนินงาน ปัญหา และ Action Plan ต่อผู้บริหารอย่างเป็นระบบ.
