• Analyze business and system requirements to design effective test scenarios and test cases.
• Execute manual testing for web and mobile applications to ensure quality, performance, and usability.
• Own testing scope for assigned modules/features and ensure complete test coverage.
• Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps and impact analysis.
• Perform root cause analysis and collaborate closely with developers to resolve issues.
• Validate data accuracy using SQL queries and support data-related testing.
• Support SIT and UAT activities, including test planning, execution, and reporting.
• Work closely with BA, developers, and stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.
• Bachelor s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in manual testing.
• Strong experience in testing both web and mobile applications.
• Ability to analyze requirements and design test scenarios/test cases independently.
• Experience with test case management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
• Good knowledge of SQL for data validation and analysis.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and QA processes.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform defect analysis.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive mindset with good time management and ownership.
• Nice to have: Experience with API testing (e.g., Postman) or exposure to automation testing.
• Thai Native level with good command in English for dicumentattion.
