• Supervise mechanical installation, manage contractors, ensure compliance, review documents, monitor progress, enforce QAQC, support commissioning, resolve issues, coordinate teams, safety.
• Job Responsibilities.
• Supervise on-site construction and installation of mechanical systems (HVAC, chiller plant, cooling tower, pumps, piping).
• Manage mechanical works during Data Center construction, ensuring compliance with design drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with EPC contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for daily site activities.
• Review and validate shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals (mechanical scope).
• Monitor site progress, installation quality, and construction schedule.
• Conduct inspection and QA/QC checks for mechanical works.
• Support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities (pressure test, flushing, balancing, FAT/SAT).
• Identify and resolve construction and installation issues on-site.
• Coordinate with electrical and civil teams for integration of cooling systems.
• Ensure compliance with site safety (HSE) and construction standards.
• Job Qualifications.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 4 - 7 year experiences in site mechanical / MEP / HVAC works.
• Experience in Data Center, industrial plant, or critical facilities preferred.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
• Ability to travel/ work upcountry and abroad.

• Materials structure design, custom parts specification define, product assembly define and advice, thermal & acoustic noise plan for telecom, server and networking product.
• To support all mechanical related activities, including mechanical design, mechanical design verification tests, reliability engineering test support, design review meeting, customer conference call, factory DFM and supplier DFM review and factory build support.
• Basic structure analysis and verify.
• Product reliability failure mode root cause analysis and solutions.
• Cross function communicates, guideline define, maintain and achieve.
• Create BOM, specification for control the assembly.
• Design for cost optimization.
• Bachelor/Master Degree in Mechanical.
• 5-10 years of related experience in related fields.
• Expatriates are welcome but have to had experiences related to the requirements (At least 5+years of experience).
