Civil Engineer
atGulf Energy Development PCLaaaa- Lead civil engineering tasks in business development, project development, and execution from inception to commercial operation for projects.
- Conduct technical feasibility studies, due diligence, and provide engineering input for the planning and execution of projects.
- Develop project scope, approach, schedule, budget, and resource plans for construction, expansion, and infrastructure enhancements.
- Oversee civil engineering aspects, including site layout design, structural analysis, foundation design, and optimization for projects
- Manage site assessments, geotechnical investigations, and civil infrastructure planning to support projects
- Define scope and specifications for procuring engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services related to projects
- Lead bidding and evaluation processes for EPC contracts, ensuring compliance with project and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee project execution, including engineering reviews, contractor coordination, site inspections, and progress monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with maritime safety regulations, environmental standards, and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marine engineers, logistics specialists, project managers, and regulatory authorities, to ensure project success.
