• Accounting Officer (AR).
• Reconcile ยอดเงินและลงบันทึกบัญชี ( งานหลัก) ตรวจสอบและกระทบยอดเงินเข้า (Reconcile) ทุกช่องทาง ทั้ง Bank, Payment Gateway และ Marketplace บันทึกบัญชีค่าธรรมเนียม/ค่าใช้จ่ายการรับเงินทุกช่องทาง พร้อมตรวจเช็กเอกสารประกอบให้เป๊ะ 100%.
• สรุป Cash Flow & ร่วมปิดบัญชี ทำรายงานสรุปยอดรับ-จ่าย ให้ทีมเห็นภาพรวมกระแสเงินสดชัดเจน มองแวบเดียวเข้าใจง่าย ร่วมมือกับทีมปิดบัญชีรายเดือน รายไตรมาส และรายปี ให้จบสวย ตรงเวลา ไม่เลท.
• เคลียร์ Issue & แก้ปัญหา ประสานงาน cross-functional เคลียร์ปัญหาหน้างานให้จบไว เพื่อให้ Workflow ไม่สะดุด รายงานปัญหาให้ผู้จัดการรับรู้ พร้อมเสนอ "แนวทางแก้ไขเบื้องต้น".
• Accounting Officer (AP).
• ตรวจสอบเอกสาร & บันทึก AP ( งานหลัก): ตรวจสอบ Invoice, Tax Invoice, Receipt และ PO ให้ถูกต้องเป๊ะ ไร้รอยรั่ว ก่อนตั้งหนี้และอนุมัติจ่าย บันทึก บัญชีเจ้าหนี้ (AP) และค่าใช้จ่ายลงระบบ ครบถ้วน ถูกต้องตามหลักการบัญชีและทันเวลา.
• บริหารการจ่ายเงิน & ยื่นภาษี: ทำ Payment Voucher, เตรียมเช็ค และสั่งโอนเงินให้ Suppliers ตรงตาม Credit Term ตรวจสอบและยื่นภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย (ภ.ง.ด.3, 53) และภาษีซื้อ (PP.30) ให้ถูกต้องครบถ้วนตามกฎหมาย.
• ทำ AP Aging & จัดระเบียบข้อมูล ทำและวิเคราะห์รายงาน AP Aging เพื่อช่วยบริษัทบริหารกระแสเงินสด (Cash Flow) ให้มีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด ประสานงานกับฝ่ายจัดซื้อ/คลังสินค้า เพื่อ Re-check ข้อมูลจ่ายเงินให้ตรงกัน 100% จัดระเบียบเอกสาร AP ให้ค้นหาง่าย พร้อมสำหรับการ Audit เสมอ.
• Accounting Officer (Inventory / Cost).
• กระทบยอดและดูแลความถูกต้องของสต๊อก ( งานหลัก Daily / Weekly / Monthly).
• Daily & Weekly Check: ตรวจ Transaction WMS, Reconcile สต๊อกระหว่าง WMS-SAP, เช็ก Order Generation ย้อนหลัง 4 วัน และตรวจสอบวัตถุดิบ/บรรจุภัณฑ์ (RM/PKG) ในคลัง 09.
• Monthly Reconcile: ทำรายงาน In-Out, Reconcile ยอด Ending (WMS-SAP) ประจำเดือน และเคลียร์บัญชีพัก (Suspense Account) ให้จบภายในวันที่ 5 ของเดือน.
• Gain-Loss & Expiry: สรุปและวิเคราะห์สาเหตุ Gain-Loss (รายสัปดาห์/รายเดือน) รวมถึงติดตามสินค้าใกล้หมดอายุ (Expiry) เพื่อลดความเสี่ยงขาดทุน.
• จัดการภาษีซื้อ ค่าใช้จ่ายนำเข้า และรายการบัญชีสินค้า.
• Landed Cost: คำนวณและบันทึก Landed Cost ลงระบบทันทีหลัง AP ตั้งหนี้เสร็จ 1 วัน.
• Tax & Expense Reconcile: กระทบยอดภาษีซื้อ-ภาษีซื้อยังไม่ถึงกำหนด (ทุกวันพุธ และสรุปรายเดือน) พร้อมติดตามเอกสารใบกำกับภาษี.
• Internal Usage: บันทึกรายการเบิกใช้ภายในของฝ่ายต่างๆ และการเบิกกล่องให้ถูกต้องตรงตามงวด.
• แก้ไขปัญหาหน้างาน ตรวจสอบพื้นที่จริง และพัฒนาะระบบ (Root Cause & SOP).
• Troubleshooting: แก้ไขปัญหา SKU สลับ (102/213), ปรับปรุง Location และแก้ Error ในระบบ SAP/WMS ให้เร็วที่สุด.
• On-site & Audit: ลงพื้นที่คลังสินค้าเพื่อ audit Cycle Count, ค้นหา Root Cause ของสินค้าคลาดเคลื่อน และปิดประเด็นปัญหา.
• Cross-Functional & Development: จับมือกับฝ่ายคลัง, Ops, จัดซื้อ, AP และ IT เพื่อปรับปรุง Data Quality, ยกระดับ SOP และคุม Internal Control เรื่องสต๊อกและภาษีให้เป๊ะที่สุด.
• วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี สาขาการบัญชี (บช.บ.) หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง (เกียรตินิยม หรือ GPA 3.25 ขึ้นไป จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ).
• มีประสบการณ์งานบัญชีหรือผู้ตรวจสอบบัญชี 1-3 ปี (ยินดีพิจารณาตำแหน่งตามความเหมาะสม หากมีประสบการณ์พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ).
• ใช้ Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets ได้ดี (PivotTable, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS) สามารถจัดการข้อมูลจำนวนมากได้.
• หากใช้งานโปรแกรมบัญชี หรือระบบ ERP (โดยเฉพาะ SAP B1 / WMS) ได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ.
