• ตำแหน่งที่มุ่งเน้นความครีเอทีพเป็นหลัก เราอยากได้ความสดใหม่ของไอเดีย แต่ก็มีความสามารถในการใช้AI เข้ามาเชื่อมโยงงานให้ออกมาสร้างสรรค์แบบครีเอทีพเทสดีท่านนึง.
• ติดตามเทรนด์ และดิจิทัลที่เกิดขึ้นใหม่ - ทดลองใช้เครื่องมือและเทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆ อย่างต่อเนื่องเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพความคิดสร้างสรรค์และเวิร์กโฟลว์.
• ร่วมมือกับผู้ผลิตงานสร้างสรรค์ทั้งภายในและภายนอกเพื่อสร้างและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการเล่าเรื่องด้วยภาพ/วิดีโอ ภาพเคลื่อนไหว และภาพด้วย AI Augmentation.
• สนับสนุนการพัฒนาแคมเปญที่ใช้ AI และครีเอทีพ บนแพลตฟอร์มโซเชียลต่างๆ (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube ฯลฯ) ด้วยไอเดียเนื้อหาใหม่ๆ ที่ทันต่อเทรนด์.
• ปรับแต่งเนื้อหาดิจิทัลเชิงสร้างสรรค์ โดยใช้เครื่องมือที่ขับเคลื่อนด้วย AI (เช่น ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs, Gemini).
• ทำงานร่วมกับทีม AE กลยุทธ์ สื่อ และทีมครีเอทีฟ เพื่อผลิตเนื้อหามัลติมีเดียแบบบูรณาการ ทั้งเนื้อหาโซเชียล ภาพ สคริปต์ และเรื่องราวผลิตภัณฑ์ ซึ่งปรับให้เหมาะสมสำหรับแพลตฟอร์มดิจิทัล.
• ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าเนื้อหาทั้งหมดที่ใช้ AI สอดคล้องกับอัตลักษณ์ของแบรนด์ ความเกี่ยวข้องทางวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่น และการปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดของแพลตฟอร์ม (เช่น นโยบาย Meta Content).
• พัฒนา AI กระตุ้นความคิดและทิศทางการสร้างสรรค์ที่สอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์ของลูกค้า เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าการสร้างสรรค์ร่วมกันระหว่างมนุษย์และ AI จะมอบเรื่องราว ภาพ และไอเดียแคมเปญที่ทรงพลัง.
• ประสบการณ์ 2-4 ปีในด้านการสร้างเนื้อหาดิจิทัล โซเชียลมีเดีย หรือการสื่อสารเชิงสร้างสรรค์ (ประสบการณ์การใช้เครื่องมือ AI จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ).
• มีประสบการณ์ในการสร้างและจัดการเนื้อหาในช่องทางดิจิทัลที่หลากหลาย.
• คุ้นเคยกับเครื่องมือ AI เช่น ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, D-ID หรือเครื่องมือที่คล้ายกัน (จะมีการฝึกอบรมให้).
• ความรู้เกี่ยวกับ SEO, เทรนด์โซเชียล และกลยุทธ์การปรับแต่งเนื้อหา.
• ประสบการณ์การใช้งานแพลตฟอร์ม CMS (WordPress, Webflow หรือเว็บไซต์ที่ใช้ Notion) และเครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ (Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
• ความสามารถในการทำงานในสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงานที่สร้างสรรค์และรวดเร็ว จัดการงานหลายอย่าง และทำงานให้เสร็จทันกำหนดเวลาที่จำกัด.
• สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษและภาษาไทยได้อย่างดีเยี่ยม (สำหรับการพัฒนาเนื้อหาสองภาษาจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ).
• ความใส่ใจในรายละเอียด ความสามารถในการปรับตัว และความคิดก้าวหน้าในการผสานความคิดสร้างสรรค์เข้ากับนวัตกรรมที่ขับเคลื่อนด้วย AI.
• ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับแคมเปญการตลาดดิจิทัล รวมถึงโฆษณาสื่อและเนื้อหาที่เน้นประสิทธิภาพ.
• ความเข้าใจพื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับวิศวกรรม AI Prompt สำหรับการสร้างเนื้อหาเชิงสร้างสรรค์ทั้งภาพและวิดีโอ.
