• Develop and execute sales strategies for assigned territories and customer segments, identifying target accounts and presenting medical devices and healthcare supply products to both new and existing customers.

• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, monitor revenue performance, and follow up on payment collection in coordination with Finance.
• Work proactively and independently to solve problems, ensuring alignment with company goals and team objectives.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly sales forecasts and performance reports, analyzing results to ensure achievement of individual sales targets.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by management to support overall business objectives.
• QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, or related fields (Bachelor GPA > 2.70, Master GPA > 3.30).
• 1-3 years of experience in medical device or healthcare product sales (experience in Consumables or Labware will be an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of hospital sales processes, medical equipment, and tender procedures.
• Good command of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and persuasive skills with a sales-oriented mindset.
• Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently under pressure.
• Good command of English in verbal and written (TOEIC Score > 550).

• Coordinate with underwriter by receiving the medical examination documents from underwriter such as incorrect or incomplete to review and provide feedback to physician and nurse, and provide the formal letter to physician and nurse.
