What You'll Do

• Verify the accuracy and completeness of medical claims and supporting documents submitted via fax and other channels.
• Review and assess claims in accordance with company guidelines and quality standards.
• Send emails and faxes to customers and healthcare providers to confirm document receipt and obtain additional information when required.
• Organise, maintain, and manage claim documentation efficiently and accurately.
• Prepare monthly reports and ensure data accuracy before submission to clients.
• Handle inbound calls professionally from customers, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
• Maintain high standards of service quality and compliance throughout the claims assessment process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve claim queries and support continuous process improvement.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licence
• Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred - fresh nursing graduates with an active RN licence are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in insurance claims, medical claims assessment, or fax claims processing is highly preferred but not required.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Positive attitude with strong teamwork and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working with digital claims platforms, AI-assisted document review tools, or automated workflow systems - prior experience is an advantage.
• Openness to adopting AI-powered tools for claims triage, data extraction, and quality checking is a plus.
• Familiarity with data privacy principles and responsible handling of patient information in digital environments.
