• Act as the quality owner on all O2O Solution across organization.
• Initiate and develop testing strategy, approach, framework, for all O2O testing/service landscape
• Negotiate purpose and deliverables of the test effort
• Participate (or assign representative) in the requirements review meeting with other stakeholders to assess the impact and testing load
• Balance the resource utilization across all test team
• Synchronize the trusting with overall delivery planning
• Manage the testing team competencies and ensure continuous improvement
• Research and build/set up the configuration of the testing tool
• Take accountability for all testing Material / Test Result
• Manage and control external partner/vendor for testing approach
• Coordinate with project manager, application SW lead for any testing purposes
• Manage and implement test approach and test process
• Audit trace of the test case repository for adequacy of coverage on requirements
• Audit trace of the bug repository for authorizing the release process
• Authorize the builds for release process after verification of bug closure
• Participate in release review with release manager to discuss known bugs and bugs not closed effectively
• Align all project timelines for test environment usage

Qualification

• Proven experience as a quality assurance manager or relevant role 3 years up
• Software Development experience is mandatory
• Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in Online Ecommerce/ Mobile App is preferred
• Enterprise Software development experience is an advantage
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and result-driven approach
• Self-Organized and can encourage the team in the same approach
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Experience in vendor management
