Senior Learning Partner/ Senior Trainer (Fragrance & Beauty Products)

- Work and communicate with Regional training team regarding Makeup and Fragrance training and development plan, assist and conduct monthly launch training, service and sales training which must be in line with global direction, but tailor-made to local needs
- Assist Training Manager in organizing Makeup and Fragrance training courses, programs and conferences to develop a team of professional frontline staff
- Identifies and priorities the learning needs and provides learning solutions of Make Up Artist, Make Up Specialist, Fragrance Specialist, and Skincare Specialist based on Retail needs and business strategies & objectives
- Orchestrates and provides an efficient, up-to-date and personalized learning journey in order to develop the Make Up Artist, Make Up Specialist, Fragrance Specialist, Skincare Specialist and prospect specialist candidate competencies and amplify their individual strength for personal and career growth
- Coach and perform training follow-up for Make Up Artist, Make Up Specialist, Fragrance Specialist, Skincare Specialist and prospect specialist candidates at shop/counter level
- Curates "learning assemblage" combining diversified learning approaches and tools (self-learning, classroom training, digital approaches, coaching, peer learning) to maximize the learning efficacy of Make Up Artist, Make Up Specialist, Fragrance Specialist, and Skincare Specialist for different learning situations and individuals
- Plays the role model to animate all learning sessions, events & activities with great oratory abilities and deep understanding of learning pedagogy and adult learning
- Inspire, engage and coach Make Up Artist, Make Up Specialist, Fragrance Specialist, and Skincare Specialist to be able to provide POS coaching to the frontline staff in line with CHANEL learning philosophy and client experience to create the CHANEL difference
- Prepare and translate all training related materials and manuals according to training needs
- Involve other ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned
Preferred Qualification
- Degree holder
- At least 3 years training experience, preferably with makeup, skincare & fragrance products training experience
- Good command of written English and Thai
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications (word / ppt / excel)
- Details-oriented, sensitive to figures with excellent organizational skill
- Independent, self-motivated, meticulous, and resourceful with a positive attitude with strong sense of customer-centric and service-oriented
