Job Summary :

We are looking for a data engineer with strong experience in both system analysis and practical AI implementation to join our Digital Transformation team. This role will focus on driving AI adoption across our oil refinery and nationwide fuel station operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with business users and technical vendors to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and design AI-powered solutions that create real business value. You will play a key role in solution architecture, data readiness, and ensuring successful deployment and performance tracking of AI technologies.

Job Responsibilities :

· Collaborate closely with business units to gather requirements and analyze workflows, identifying opportunities to apply AI and automation technologies for operational and customer service improvements.

· Design AI-driven solutions in collaboration with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and technology vendors, integrating with systems such as CCTV, license plate recognition, POS, smart devices, and IoT platforms.

· Conduct feasibility studies and prepare technical and business documentation, including Business Requirements, System Architecture, Technical Specifications, and Test Cases.

· Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to manage the end-to-end implementation of AI solutions, from development and testing to deployment and user acceptance testing (UAT).

· Ensure data readiness by validating the quality and connectivity of datasets from multiple sources to support AI models and analytics.

· Monitor AI solution performance, work with business users for continuous improvement, and track measurable business impact.

· Contribute to the development of the organization's AI/Automation roadmap and technology strategy.

Qualifications :

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related fields.

· At least 3–5 years of experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst, with a solid understanding of AI/ML technologies and how they can be applied to solve business problems.

· Hands-on experience with real-world AI projects such as Computer Vision, NLP, Recommendation Systems, Predictive Maintenance, or Intelligent Automation.

· Strong system analysis and solution design skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

· Effective communication and coordination skills with both business stakeholders and technical vendors.

· Experience in energy, oil refinery, or fuel retail business is a strong advantage.

· Familiarity with Agile methodology and has experience in project management.
