•Prepare detailed analysis of manufacturing & operations processes, including site visit, client interviews, current flow validation and development of automated flow charts detailing process steps, hand offs and decision points

•Identify manufacturing & operations cases for improvement and value proposition related to the cases for clients

•Develop control strategies and PLC programs following clients’ needs

•Recommend and apply automation and automated system implementation to improve production efficiencies, reduce costs, enhance employee safety, and to assure consistent product quality

•Provide technical on-site solution support to clients, answering complex questions on function and usage of product

•Serve as primary support liaison between company and clients, conveying client feedback to solution development

•Maintain a high level of enterprise competence, coordinate development and assignments, including identifying, capturing and sharing manufacturing & operations expertise

•Map the board room to shop floor approach and processes of clients

•Lead engineering and manufacturing workstream by delivering accountable tasks on time, within budget and in line with client expectations

•Engage specialists in ecosystem as needed to ensure the success of sales opportunity and project delivery

•Support practice development activities

•Support sales activities and bids

Qualifications

•Bachelor’s Degree in a related engineering discipline; electrical, mechatronics, mechanical, industrial or production engineering

•Minimum 7 years relevant Instrumentation, Control & Automation design experience, preferably with consultancy experience

•Good understanding of the Industry 4.0 transformation & Digital Transformation of manufacturing and operations

•Strong industry knowledge in either continuous or discrete manufacturing

•Experience in analog and digital design, including system integration conceptual knowledge

•Experience in creating process for workload automation, mainframe reports and reconciliation, including troubleshooting and analyzing workload automation processes

•Experience in IoT Manufacturing, Manufacturing Excellence, Manufacturing Execution System and Digital Workforce

•Experience in Design Thinking and Agile approaches with ability to ensure the project success on time and within budget

•Ability to work with shop floor people at client sites

•Strong business acumen with the ability to understand business issues and identify business opportunities and value propositions

•Strong skills in developing and presenting clear and concise solution briefings

•Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills with both Thai and English required

•Good interpersonal and organizational skills
