We are seeking a highly-creative Head of Marketing to become part of our organization and to play an integral part in defining and deploying our roadmap with local and international expansion. As a fast-growing tech company, the pressure is high but so are the rewards.

• Manage and lead the marketing team, reporting directly
• Plan and execute marketing, e-commerce & social media strategies
• Set KPIs together with Management, update KPIs on weekly basis and achieve the KPIs of the team
• Develop strategies for increasing traffic and applications, as well as increasing trust in the brand
• Plan bi-monthly employer related surveys, coordinate collection of data, implementation of results and distribution through all media channels
• Plan & deploy distribution of PR campaigns (investment, new features, surveys)
• Develop, implement and review offline marketing promotions for both B2B and candidates
• Coordinate together with sales team in regards to B2B promotions and customer acquisition strategies
• Review all written and visual content created by company to align with quality & brand guidelines
• Collaborative within a team hands-on to achieve individual, team and organisational goals
• Evaluate emerging technologies and marketing trends. Research, compare and identify potential marketing channels and business partnerships. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption.
• Executing all B2B and consumer events to promote the company.
• Analyzing and reporting on Google Analytics, Google Adwords and Facebook Advertisements
• Analyse performance of all other marketing channels and assess suitability

• At least 4 years of experience in Marketing in any size of company, some tech company / startup experience is preferred
• Experience of managing teams is a must
• Work well under pressure and fast deadlines
• Understand the startup business culture & fast paced environment
• Can Get things done
• Ability to work independently as well as a team
• Fluent Thai & and strong command of English language
• Experience with online advertising platforms (Adwords, Facebook Ads etc)
