Responsibilities:

• Identify needs for change: Work closely project team and stakeholders, to grasp current issues and requirements to formulate into potential solution
• Initiate ideas, and design prototype : Explore possible systems, tool, and implications and provide recommendations 
• Prepare communication materials: Transfer, educate, and communicate Know-how for gaining a complete understanding of specific goals and objectives
• Gather and summarize feedback from the key leaders and employee groups 
• Develop manual, tool kit, manual and FAQ needed 
• Track, monitor, and report progress and concerns issues 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources Development/ or Organization Development / Psychology related fields
• Achieved a minimum GPA of 2.7 for Undergraduate and 3.3 for Post-graduate studies
• Good communication in both spoken and written English (required TOEIC at least 550)
• Having at least 2 years of experience in Leadership Development or Talent Management
•  Well dealt with an uncertain and difficult situation 
• Good business partnering with people analytical and solution foresight skill
• Strong interpersonal communication, persuasion, and creative problem-solving skills
