Introduction

As an IBM Application Architect, you directly help clients transform their business and solve complex problems. You will define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions using your knowledge of IBM platforms. You are a technical leader, serving as a liaison among business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholders.
Your Role and Responsibilities

• Understand the IBM In-cope Existing Application architecture, solution components and integration to other applications
• Understand application requirements that impact the in-scope existing applications and / or interfaces
• When perform the Solution Designer main role, coordinate with other Solution Designers to design the solution to meet application requirement
• Lead the IBM deelopment team in translating the detailed design into individual development components within the in-scope existing applications for successful delivery of the project
• Support the Technical Business Analyst in the Latter's development of functional specification that impact the in-scope applications and interfaces by providing input on effort estimation and high level design
• Ensure architecture standards are adhered to solution design to meet business requirement
• Determine Priorities and resolve priorities or design conflicts that arise within the in-scope exisiting applications
• Make recommendations to project plan and timelines from technical perspective
• Perform technical review of design, code, test results
• Support the triage and resolution of high severity incidents
• Provide input on effort estimation after detailed design
• Provide application production support

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• BS / MS degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology or other related subjects
• At least 10 year experiences in implementation of application solution/ management of software development projects
• Must have at least 5 year experience in Banking/ Financial Service
• Advanced skill of Application Architecture on Regulatory
• Strong work experience in Banking / Financial Service business

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Strong experience in Java , J2EE, Spring , Struts, Hibernate, My SQL, Node JS
• Able to apply problem solving techniques
• Effective time management, documentation and organizational skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Intermediate level of English communication
