We host several events for clients all over Thailand such as Seminars, Gala Dinners and more at the same time providing customer support services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Dealing with client's inquiries.
• Performing personal clientele analysis and taking actions as required.
• Handling client inquiries appropriately and ensuring that high-level of service is provided.
• Promoting available products and services to clients.
• Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Cooperating effectively with other departments as required.
• Contributing to team effort by achieving targeted results.

REQUIREMENTS

• Very Polite Manners.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in Laos, Thai and English language.
• Client handling experience in the financial services sector is a definite plus.
• Reliable, with the integrity of character
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Dynamic, innovative and target-oriented
• Strong computer literacy

DETAILS

• Starting Salary 25,000 - 30,000
• Monday - Friday (10am - 7pm / 1 hour break)
