Section Manager – Software Support (O2O)

Application support function, support the end-users and work together with 3rd parties or in-house development to deliver the application services. provide services within SLA time. manage and follow up the service request / Defect fix till deploy to production. work together with business domain to support
Main scope:
. Makro Pro – O2O web application
. OMS – Order Management system
. OCS – Omni Channel Customer Service
. TMS – Transportation Management System
. Line OA
. support Data integration to other system such as Inventory management in store location - Korber, Sales tools services
. User Authorize matrix on each system
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY
- Manage O2O channel, Order management, component services to serve online business
- Support information to business to improve the day-to-day operation
- Manage incident and issue related e-commerce function.
- Coordinate with third parties or in-house team for solution within SLA time
- Analyst issue and be able to propose solution / work around,
- raise issue to related parties and follow up the case
- communicate to related, Business
- Inform user once issue happen and resolution with ETA provide
- Support day-to-day operation and ensure that business can continues
- Be able to identify key success factor and Result driven
- Report issue in weekly meeting
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Understand and Familiar with E-commerce business / Order Management system is a plus
- English communication
- Education and/or Job Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
- At least 5+ years’ experience
Competency
- Able to handle difficult situations and work under time constraints.
- Knowledge in UNIX, Knowledge in Oracle database, SQL language is must.
- Good communication skills and be able to handle many tasks in the limited time.
- Work well under pressure and need to have the service mind.
- Good team player
