Provides a range of consultation to leaders and employee on the development and implementation of key strategies and training for creating a high performing organization. Creates and implements staff training and development programs that support the organization’s succession planning objectives and foster a highly effective management and leadership structure.
Responsibilities
- Understand business priority and needs by processing learning needs analysis with BU Head to identify critical skills, functional skills, soft skill
- Identify training and development needs within an organisation through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with line managers
- Identify learning needs, design learning interventions to ensure continuous learning system and processes.
- Be able to conduct learning needs assessment by using various tools both traditional and digital tools.
- Proactively addresses and responds to engagement concern especially on people development issues by bringing key stakeholders together to assess root causes and performance gaps, implementing and/or supporting implementation of appropriate interventions, including strategic planning, tactical and project planning, facilitation, instruction, program design, materials development and performance analysis.
- Develop internal content, material by working closely with internal trainers to identify functional course trainings based on functional competency.
- Continuously liaison with all levels of Administration and staff in the delivery of L&D services and the provision of consulting support; works closely with all Directors and Department Managers to support the delivery of Program Development.
- Work with Vendor to design Learning system, interface and online contents to ensure that all content crates good employee’s experience and enhance continuous learning
- Manage the delivery of training and development programmes and, in a more senior role, devising a training action plan for the organization
- Evaluate training and development programmes and providing valuable comments for further improvement
- Amend and revise programmes as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment
- Help line managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups;
Qualification
- Bachelor or Masters Degree in Organization Development, Business Administration, Psychology or other relevant courses.
- Minimum 5-7 years professional level experience in Organization Development and/or or Human Resources Management in an intermediate to large size organization
- Have experience or be familiar with Learning Management Framework, Learning Activities and Learning Delivery and System is preferable.
- Customer orientation, result orientation, teamwork mindset, positive with “can do” attitude
- Proficient knowledge and skill of human resource management, particularly in training and people Development.
- Good command of English, Good project management, presentation and communication skill,
- Analytical skills and systematic thinking
- Good at planning and can perform multiple activities successfully; Creative, tough, and flexible enough to change
- Demonstrated initiative to analyze and resolve problems quickly, efficiently and collaboratively.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate well with others. Proficient verbal, non-verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Experience with group facilitation, Trainer, Training & Development design, and job design preferred
